Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided with the booking. Captains and operators may change, delay or cancel a trip when weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, government restrictions or safety concerns require it. Safety decisions made by the captain or crew are final.

Illegal activity, unsafe conduct, harassment, excessive intoxication or damage to the vessel is prohibited. The person arranging the charter is responsible for communicating rules to the group.
